Who we are
Our Story
At age 19, Jaton Zulueta started volunteering in a public cemetery and saw how many of his upper-grade students could barely read.
This inspired him to dedicate his life to building AHA Learning Center, a community youth-driven cause that ensures those with the least in life can gain access to the best education.
Since then, AHA has evolved into one of the most innovative nonprofit organizations in the Philippines, even earning President Barack Obama’s praise in 2020.
For his efforts in education support with AHA Learning Center, Jaton Zulueta has been recognized by multiple groups here and abroad, most notably by the Obama Foundation and the Ten Outstanding Young Men of the Philippines.
